Registration – Bebras Workshop

WORKSHOP REGISTRATION FEES
Online registration is required for all workshop participants and the fee will be paid onsite at the registration desk in the hotel. Fee covers pre-workshop and workshop participation.

The registration closed on 30th of April.

We strongly advise that you register early to ensure your registration and to be able to choose between twin or double room.

Registration Fee
Deadline for registration: ~~10th~~15th April 2022

Double/twin room (160e+120e=) 280 EURO
Single room (208e+120e=) 328 EURO
Person that accompanies a Bebras
participant in a double room** (160e+ 90e=) 250 EURO

(Registration fee includes accommodation for one person + rooms, coffee breaks, lunch, dinner, gala dinner, excursion, certificates, materials…)

Online participation package per country 50 EUR *

*If all participants from one country participate online, the registration fee of 50 EUR is paid by one of them (asked in the registration form) and it covers up to 4 participants.
If some country is represented onsite by at least one participant, additional participants (up to 4 total) may register online for free.
** Accompanying person is not separately registered. The Bebras participant just states their name in the registration form.

Late Registration Fee

+50 EURO per person*
*To be paid by participants that will register after April, ~~10th~~15th,
or the ones that will make changes to their registration (onsite to online).

For online participants, payment is possible only by bank transfer

Extra night in the hotel for the pre-workshop participants, and early arrivals:
Double/twin room 40 EURO
Single room 52 EURO

PAYMENT
Payment amount is calculated based on the date of registration. Payment for the onsite participant will be made onsite (cash) at the registration desk.

For online participants payment is possible only by bank transfer. Information will be available after 1st of April.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
All online payments will be made at the end of April and beginning of May and are non-refundable. Late registration fee is not for late payment but for late registration!

DATA PROTECTION
Computer Society of Macedonia will handle all personal data received from workshop participants confidentially, and we do not disclose them to any third party.
